All Together Edinburgh is a unique organisation providing training opportunities for adults with learning disabilities. Trainees have opportunities to gain confidence, work skills and a qualification in the All Together charity shop/training centre, Leith.
From our Flavour and Haver Cook School, now a food production kitchen, we are responding to the COVID-19 crisis by offering free cooked meals delivered to vulnerable/elderly/ isolated people and families in the community. We also provide meals for NHS staff in Edinburgh as well as people in temporary accommodation.
Managed on behalf of NHS Lothian, the gardens provide opportunities for people to grow their own food, to build community and to keep active within the grounds of the Royal Edinburgh Hospital in Morningside.
Cyrenians Farm is a community farm near Kirknewton in West Lothian, only 10 miles from Edinburgh city centre. The farm is home to a Cyrenians Community of young people living in peer-supported accommodation and provides opportunities for residents and volunteers to grow food, skills, ideas and confidence.

The Grassmarket Community Project supports people through transitions in their lives and re-connects the disengaged. They run four social enterprises through the project: their successful wood workshop GrOW, creating bespoke pieces of furniture from recycled wood; a purpose-designed conference and event space; a cafe and catering service and the manufacture of tartan items including their very own “greyfriars” tartan.
JASS is an accredited award scheme that acknowledges wider achievement in young people aged 5-14. A progressive award scheme it has been developed to support transition from primary to secondary school. JASS Is a fully inclusive award that benefits the participant, school and wider community.
