MHScot Workplace Wellbeing CIC is a small disability-led Social Enterprise, based in Edinburgh, which supports the mental health and wellbeing of all Scotland’s workforce in the private, public and third sector.
We aim to reduce the number of people resorting to self-harming behaviours including drug and alcohol abuse, self-injury, misusing medication and other potentially harmful behaviours. We use a combination of: one to one support; talking therapies; psycho-educational opportunities and training around self-harm, mental health, and suicide prevention. We also offer wellbeing consultancy.
