The White House Kitchen is a community café and venue run by the Community Alliance Trust for the benefit of the Greater Craigmillar Neighbourhoods and to improve the quality of life for local residents.

The Grassmarket Community Project supports people through transitions in their lives and re-connects the disengaged. They run four social enterprises through the project: their successful wood workshop GrOW, creating bespoke pieces of furniture from recycled wood; a purpose-designed conference and event space; a cafe and catering service and the manufacture of tartan items including their very own “greyfriars” tartan.
The Greyfriars Charteris Centre is the Venue for your next Community Connection. It is a “Centre for Community” based on the Pleasance in the Southside/Newington ward of Edinburgh. It has three large halls, two meeting rooms, and numerous offices to be used by local individuals, community groups and businesses.
Innovative fundraising initiative that enables our customers to support a great cause every time they enjoy a coffee or bite to eat. It is also a popular space to hire as a venue for your upcoming events.
Gorgie City Farm is a free-entry city farm. It serves as a unique outdoor resource offering hands on educational and learning opportunities for all our visitors and offers educational tours and workshops for organised groups.

Re-Union is based at Edinburgh Quay in the heart of Edinburgh. Our wide beam boat offers a unique space for up to 35 people which can be used for corporate events, voluntary groups or private functions while our smaller boat is available as a self drive hire for up to 8 passengers.
The Scottish Storytelling Centre provides a home for Scotland’s stories in the heart of Edinburgh, showcasing traditional arts year round, where modern meets mediaeval architecture for an enticing mix of past and present.
Change Kitchen is a community cafe and outside catering service based in the Broomhouse Centre. They offer training opportunities in catering, team building days and special events for local groups and the wider community.
Tribe Porty is a community coworking and events space and community is important to the way we work. Our coworking space is specifically designed to encourage creativity – the random collision of people and ideas that spur innovation, exchange and connectivity.
